Navin Dhanuka

Founder & CEO

Navin has over 21 years of experience in RE investments across India. He has managed investments of more than ₹15,000 cr across 100+ transactions across capital stack of debt, mezzanine and equity investments.

He was an integral part of the leadership team of Piramal Capital, where he was leading RE investments for Bangalore & Hyderabad region and Hospitality (Pan India). He also led exit strategy for Piramal on Pan India.. Prior to Piramal, he was leading investments at Walton Street Capital (a US based Real Estate Private Equity Fund). He was the founding member of Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction Finance Divisions at Ernst & Young.

Navin also has an eye for equity investments as he is an angel investor in multiple startups. He has been rewarded multiple awards – CXO of the Year 2023 by Reality+ while also being the Economic Times CEO of the Year 2022.

Navin is an esteemed thought leader in the industry, often invited as a keynote speaker at industry forums, sharing insights and perspectives on the real estate sector.

Ritesh Singhal

Co- Founder

Ritesh is over 20 years of experience in financial sector with over 15 years of experience in Real Estate Investment Management. He has experience of managing real estate investments in India over ₹5,000 cr across asset class.

Ritesh is a seasoned investment professional with rich experience of Fund Raising, Deal Origination, Investment Underwriting & Structuring, Deal Closure, Asset Management and Successful Exits.

He has worked in leading companies like M3M Group, Edelweiss, ICICI Prudential AMC, KPMG and Ernst & Young. Ritesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and commerce graduate from Delhi University.

Sumit Suri

Director - Investments

Sumit has over total 19 years of experience in the financial sector with over 11 years on experience in RE investments. He is a seasoned investment professional with demonstrated track record of origination, evaluation, underwriting, structuring, deployment, leveraging, asset monitoring and exits in real estate across asset classes.

While at Piramal, he has been instrumental in setting up an offshore residential platform with canadian pension fund. He led investments and managed AUM across residential and commercial asset class aggregating to more than ₹3,000 cr. He also has experience in sourcing and executing land transactions as well as raising funds for developers and funds/institutions while working at CBRE and JLL. Sumit has worked in leading companies like Piramal Capital, JLL, CBRE and Prime Securities. He is an MBA and commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce.

Rohit Agrawal

Senior Associate

Rohit has over 6 years of experience in the real estate sector having experience in financial modelling, sales forecasting, deal structuring, valuations, underwriting and risk management.

During his previous stint at Piramal, he has handled investment portfolio of ₹1000 cr varying across residential, commercial and hospitality projects in South India Region.

He has done PGDM from IIM Calcutta and has completed CFA Level 2 and FRM Part 1 & 2 certification courses.

Ashi Jain

Analyst

Ashi is a diligent and versatile individual with a strong foundation in finance and accounting. She is an MBA graduate from IIM Kashipur.
